You Know You Are A Superstar When...
You know you're a superstar when acoustics in a stadium are fixed just for you. Officials plan to spend about $200,000 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis to help improve the sound quality for an upcoming Kenny Chesney concert. Sound problems marred Chesney's show there last year. It's the only concert that's been put on at that site since it opened last summer. Echoes are a big problem at the stadium because there's been nothing to absorb the sound and stop it from bouncing around. So, the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority will hang large draperies over the concrete sections of the stadium. At the same time, Chesney's tour has spent $500,000 to upgrade its sound, with 25 percent more speakers for the Indianapolis concert on Sept. 19.

New ID Rules For Mexico And Canada Begin...
Starting June 1st, there will be new rules that will require passports or new high-tech documents to cross the United States' northern and southern borders. In 2001 a driver's license and an oral declaration of citizenship were enough to cross the Canadian and Mexican borders. Now thousands of Americans will have to apply for passports or get special driver's licenses that can also be used to cross the border. Travelers who don't follow the new rules will get a warning and be allowed to enter the US after a background check. There are some exceptions. Children under 16 traveling with family, people under 19 traveling in youth groups, Native Americans and members of the military will be able to use different forms of ID.
